Tropic Isles 502 is a Cozy, Clean and Comfortable condo located directly on the beach with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on West Beach Blvd only steps away from the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This 1 bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a king size bed with new mattresses in bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 bunks in the hall for the kids. Not twin size but 30" x 75" The beach and pool is just a few steps away from the elevator.

Our condo is the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan that Summerchase has to offer. The condo has been updated with a beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. It has a leather sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room. The facility is a low density building with two elevators to get you to the beach faster!
