The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Renovated but historic! With a private balcony! This property is a two bedroom, one bath loft apartment on the second floor of a small Midtown building. It was fully updated in 2021, with new central air, new kitchen and renovated bathroom. The location is excellent, just a couple minutes to Downtown Mobile, and under an hour to Dauphin Island or Gulf Shores Beaches. This is a beautiful neighborhood to take an evening stroll and see the 100+ year old homes.
