This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).
