The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

A table for two, a queen-sized bed, a desk for working, free WiFi and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime make your stay complete. One bicycle can be borrowed free of charge.
