Charming cottage with unique location on almost car-free island! Living room and kitchen in one, toilet and shower, separate bedroom with bunk beds, sleeping loft with two beds and corner sofa in the main cabin. Laundry room with entrance from the gable. Nice sea view from the main cabin!. 50 meters from the bathing jetty, private garden with patio furniture. The car is parked on the mainland. Guests clean themselves, leave in the same condition as when arriving. The guest brings sheets and towels, or rent: sheets 150, towel 50, per person.

The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the souterrain with its own entrance. It is 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing, etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes bus ride, the stop about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent it from us for the whole party and the stay for 50€, the payment is on site. No parties.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Located in a calm but central location, close to parks, restaurants, a nice forest, a lovely playground, the sea/archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre and much more. Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago. Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
