Gavelrad house near the sea with sunny patio!

Newly renovated townhouse in Western Frölunda, Åkered with, among other things, walking distance to family friendly swimming area, Näsets SK and grocery store. A perfect accommodation for those who want to be close to both sun and bath as well as city pulse in central Gothenburg. The house was renovated in 2021 and in addition to social areas indoors there is private patio with barbecues, which also swims in sun from lunch to night! Good connections into Frölunda Torg and from there on to central Gothenburg. Free parking in the area.

Private house in Örgryte. Gothenburg's best location!

Attefall house on about 30 sqm including loft Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker etc. Air heat pump with heating/cooling Wifi 100/100 mbit. Smart TV, Apple TV and SONOS. Fully-tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, combined washer/dryer. 160 cm bed in loft, sofa bed 120 cm. Table + chairs. Smart lock with code for open/close It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium or Liseberg. To Liseberg it is exactly 1000 meters walking path.

Private apartment in a duplex built in 2018 in cozy Önnered. Family-friendly location near the sea and walking distance to saltwater swimming. Easy and fast communication to everything Gothenburg has to offer. By car, you can get to central Gothenburg in just over 10 minutes. You can quickly get to Liseberg, Universeum, Ullevi, Kulturkalaset, Way Out West, Scandinavium, etc. If you prefer to use public transport, the bus stop is 200 meters from the house. Private parking and patio with barbecue grill.

Basement apartment with free parking near the city

Located in a calm but central location, close to parks, restaurants, a nice forest, a lovely playground, the sea/archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre and much more. Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago. The tram station and supermarket is around the corner of the house and the beautiful park Slottskogen is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Perfect for familys, travelers or just happy people. The house on the hill

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

Child-friendly chain house near the sea

Lovely chain house (gable) in quiet and child-friendly area. The nearest swimming area, Rörvik, is at 10 min walking distance with proximity to many more swimming coves such as Nästebadet, Smithska cape, Möttvik and Ganletbadet. There is a grocery store, mini golf, playground & pizzeria in the area. Central Gothenburg can be reached by bus in about 25 minutes (10 km). Landvetter airport with car approx. 30 min (24 km).

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Lovely house close to the sea and Gothenburg city center

The house is suitable for families. The main-floor is aviable for air bnb-guest. It has 6 beds and babybed in totally 3 bedrooms. Wifi is aviable. The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
