New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. It has a patio with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

Former lighthouse assistant home. Unique location by the lighthouse out to the Great Belt. Bathing opportunities right at your fingertips. Sea kayaking and supboard can be borrowed at your own risk. The house contains kitchen dining kitchen, living room with sofa bed and 3 rooms sleeps 6 (2 single beds, 2 double beds). 140 cm and 160 cm) and bathroom with shower. Terrace with evening sun/sunset. 1500 m to grocery store. 2 km to the harbor. Cleaning is included. Bedding and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 250

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

The cottage is located right down the water's edge on a 6000 sqm nature plot and offers direct access to the beach. Here you can start the day with a dip in the sea, enjoy a warm stay in the wilderness bath, and end the day in the sauna with panoramic views of the water – all part of the house's large spa area that invites for pure relaxation.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Large summer house with its own beach

Large cottage. 290 sqm large house with park-like garden and private 350 m grass path to the beach. Large kitchen and living room, pantry, laundry room, etc., 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Facilities include: Billiards in the henhouse, grand piano, toys, espresso machine and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for their own final cleaning. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 2.30/kWh (about DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).

NEW YEAR IS NOT QUIET The room is with its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight or two when you're on the go. Not a summer house. Independent, newly renovated and very special home: Living room, kitchen, bathroom and loft. Sleeps up to 5. Located overlooking fields and forests and at the same time centrally located on Funen. It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
