Please be sure to read this description before making a reservation. You can stay in a private Japanese house in a bungalow. This building can accommodate up to 6 people. It is also convenient as a base for sightseeing in Ibaraki, such as Hitachi Seaside Park, Nakaminato Fish Market, Oarai Aquarium, Mt. Tsukuba, Kasama Inari Shrine, and golf courses. It is about a 3-minute walk from JR Joban Line Haburi Station, so please let us know if you want to leave your car and go out by train. * Currently unavailable There is also a BBQ facility that can be used in the rain as an option, so it is ideal for having a good time with your family and friends. The BBQ facility usage fee is 3,000 yen per grill, 1,300 yen per 6 kg box of charcoal (with igniter), and 700 yen per 3 kg box. Please be sure to contact us at least 3 days in advance if you wish to use it. Please let us know if you are considering it. Please refrain from using loud voices or music until 10 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

This is an old house in the rural area of Yucheng City, Ibaraki Prefecture. You can relax in the Japanese-style room. We welcome both solo travelers and families with children. The price shown is for the room-only plan. Children under 12 years of age can stay for free. If you are traveling with children or would like to have dinner, please message us before booking. Also, since the host may go out for a short time to pick up and drop off children, we would appreciate it if you could let us know your check-in time by the day before in a message after booking, as it is only a general guideline. A 3-4 minute drive brings you to a 7-Eleven or the fresh market at Kashimanada Seaside Park for food and drinks. Enjoy a barbecue in the garden or savor sweets on the deck.

Oarai entire house (24 hour for self check-in)

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
