JR Ryogoku Station is a 5-minute walk from my house.Ryogoku Station can be reached in 4 minutes from Akihabara, 6 minutes from Ueno Okachimachi, 23 minutes from Shinjuku, and 30 minutes from Shibuya.It is a 12-minute bus ride to Skytree, and Asakusa is within a 10-minute bus and walking distance. I built this house with the idea of "traveling as if you were living in Tokyo".We have made various innovations to make it compact and comfortable. Please be sure to check before booking - The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and you need to go up the sloping stairs (see photo).Due to the old-fashioned construction, there may be sound leakage, insufficient insulation, odors, and insect infestations. - Close to the main street, there may be shaking from large vehicles during the day (it is quiet at night).Earplugs are provided. - Please be aware that the toilet and ceiling are somewhat narrow, so please be careful if you are a large person. There are many restaurants around, including Chanko Nabe shops.Please use my house as a base and enjoy your stay as if you live in both countries. [important] - No elevator in the building. -2nd floor is a separate unit.The entrance on the second floor. -3-5th floor is a maisonette type unit.The entrance is on the 3rd Floor. -2 floors and 3-5 floors are available for rent in set.However, the unit is separated.If you want to go back and forth, you will need to exit the entrance and use the common stairs to enter through each entrance. - There is a bar with a calm atmosphere on the 1st floor.Please refrain from talking loudly in front of the entrance.
