Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Mediteranea house Nemira is located in place called Nemira with big terrace in nature and amazing sea view of the adriatic sea. Left from the house you have way to get to the beach and you go down and for 1 min by walk you are next to the restaurant "Aga" fantastic restaurant situated just next to the beach. Other way on right side has 80 stairs to get the beach. Just perfect place for you to spend your holidays. Souranded with a nature just perfect place to relax and feel the adriatic sea.

Perfect for 5 people, this apartment has everything you need and a bit more. Brand new villa Vista is situated in the most amazing location above beautiful city Omis. Newly builded, fully equipped with big nice pool with one of the most spectacular view you can imagine. Close enough to all local attractions but still hidden and private so you can enjoy your holidays at the fullest. Three nice rooms (all with AC) will situate up to 6 persons with full comfort. Cozy living room with direct exit to outside dinning area for your perfect breakfasts with a million $ view.

Od plaže je udaljen 6 minuta hoda, a u blizini su trgovina (1min), pekara (1min). Privatno parkirno mjesto odmah je pored ulaza. Ima i balkon s pogledom na more i svu potrebnu opremu za učiniti boravak lakšim i ugodnijim, između ostalog, perilicu posuđa i rublja, klima uređaj, internet televizor s više od 100 popularnih TV programa.

In its vicinity is quiet cafe bar and restaurant. The apartment is located close to the main town sandy beach (approx. 400m). The apartment is 400 m from the city center, where the fresh fish market and vegetable market are. In the old town there are many restaurants and cafes. A supermarket is 200 m from the apartment.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.
