Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Built on the Omis rock more than 200 years ago, it has been owned by us for the last 50 years, and was renovated in 2024. Apartman se nalazi na najboljoj poziciji u Omišu i ima otvoreni pogled na more. Potrebno je samo liftom spustiti se do izlaza i odmah ste nasuprot plaže koja je udaljena 20 metara. Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2024. godine. Na velikom balkonu s pogledom na plažu i more nalaze se udobne stolice i stol pa ćete se s užitkom provoditi svoje vrijeme uz miris mora. U blizini je restoran, pekarnica, caffe bar, trgovina. Do starog dijela grada je potrebno 5 minuta hoda.
