We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

Hello, we welcome you to this lovely studio (non-smoking) ideal for 2, comfortable and bright located at the back of our property. Come and relax in this little paradise, enjoying an outdoor space. You will have access to the shared pool with the owners (except from 1 July to 31 August). Climbing spots next door!! You will discover the beaches of the Mediterranean, their islands and a tourist town centre 10 minutes away. Bus and motorway nearby, train station 10 min drive.

If needed, there is a 36 euro weekly subscription to the Esplanade parking lot 5 min walk.
