The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

The semi-detached cottage is located (1 minute from the main road) in an oasis of peace and sun surrounded by greenery with an exciting view of the lake and the Swiss mountains on the other side. The veranda is fully glazed, allowing you to enjoy the view in all weather conditions. Access to the lake is possible via a staircase that leads directly to the beach and the beach volleyball/bocce court and a BBQ area in just a few minutes. The parking space at the back is super popular!

Villa Plinio: AC Fronte Lake Como Wi-Fi

The accommodation is located inside "Villa Plinio," a late 19th-century Art Nouveau building, and directly overlooks the lake, dominating the bend of Dervio beach called the "Foppa."
