Ce qui ne convient pas aux personnes en fauteuile roulant. Ce logement familial est à proximité de tous les sites et commodités : la cité de la musique et de la danse, des cinémas , de nombreux restaurants, boulangerie , supermarché. Parking payant dans la rue ou a 2 min place Delattre de Tassigny.
