Wir bieten eine geräumige 60 qm-Ferienwohnung für bis zu 6 Gäste, die im Sinne von Stella nachhaltig saniert wurde. Ruhig gelegen bietet die Unterkunft direkten Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Haltestellen in alle Himmelsrichtungen ca. 500 m entfernt), kurze Wege in die Zittauer Innenstadt (Laufzeit ca. 10 min), direkte Anbindung an das Naherholungsgebiet Olbersdorfer See (Laufzeit ca. 15 min) und Anschluss an die Schmalspurbahn in den Naturpark Zittauer Gebirge (Laufzeit ca. 10 min)

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking in 45 minutes you are on the Kottmar and the Spreequelle. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly prepared and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a common hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. For toddlers, a travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. There is also plenty of space for the family's darlings (dogs). The enclosed garden area with hedge and a 90 cm high fence also offers relaxation for your 4-legged friends.
