Beautiful idyllic vacation home on 3000 sqm of land Lots of hiking and biking trails offer all kinds of possibilities. In addition, there are a number of downhill ski slopes and cross-country ski trails available in winter. By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

The apartment has been recently renovated and scores points for its central location in the middle of the Rhön. It has an open-plan living and dining area and a modern kitchen. In addition, it can accommodate up to 4 people, is about 55 square meters and accessible. The Unsleben moated castle, grocery stores and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (about 100 m). With about 8 km distance to Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale and Mellrichstadt, the apartment is optimally connected for traffic.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

In the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine and dryer. The couch in the combined living room/bedroom offers a sleeping accommodation for two children (up to 8 years free of charge). A bicycle garage is available for bicycles.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
