Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. You can reach Chemnitz city centre by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly restored, listed building and offers a unique ambience. Everything is housed in a spacious space, only the bathroom is demarcated. Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload English: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is within walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 metres away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
