Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Our apartment is called Lauberhorn, located in Lauterbrunnen, just next to the highest waterfalls of the Alps. Lauterbrunnen is part of the jungfrau UNESCO world heritage. It is surrounded by the famous mountains called Jungfrau, Eiger and Schilthorn. You will stay in the top floor underneath the traditional chalet style wooden roof. From the balcony, facing the south you can enjoy a spectacular view to the swiss mountains and you will hear nothing but cowbells and some birds singing :)

No longer available from 15 March 2026 Chalet Hollandia is located above the village of Grindelwald at 1180 m above sea level. Very quiet location and breathtaking views of the mountains of Grindelwald. In the apartment you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in Grindelwald. The chalet is close to a bus stop, please check with the host for timetables. The cozy Chalet Hollandia can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes from Grindelwald train station.
