Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

In winter, there are shuttle services to ski resorts. The apartment offers cozy comfort: dining on the balcony or in the garden. Our new studio is located on the ground floor of a former mountain farm, nestled between Heuberg and Kranzhorn in a secluded location, at almost 800 meters. A separate entrance leads to the combined living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you can reach the highway and Brannenburg with many shopping opportunities in 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, while Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour. Even day trips to South Tyrol are no problem.

Vacation apartment in the attic of an apartment building. It is great for active vacationers - hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.
