The house is located on a farm from 1805 and has its own garden and patio. Wake up to birds chirping and morning coffee on the balcony before taking a bike ride down to the swimming area. Don't forget to stop in the blueberry forest. Nice forest walks, good roads for country road cycling, flea markets, cultural heritage and ancient monuments are nearby.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the shop. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
