Only 13 miles to the south ENTRANCE of Yosemite, about 35 miles to Badger Pass ski area, 47 miles to Yosemite Valley and only 3 miles to Bass Lake. Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. We are located at the southern end of the famed California "Gold Country" all along Highway 49; and 3 miles from beautiful Bass Lake. Our property is secluded, gated, and quiet.
