We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. We are 15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs in the summer. Our back area stays at around 70 degrees in the winter. This was a cattleman's bunkhouse at the turn of the century and is located on the San Jacinto/Santa Rosa National Monument.
