Housing inscribed Xunta VUT-CO-008037 N’Auba is located in the quiet village of San Felipe, former fishing village on the shore of the Ferrol estuary. One step away from the house there are two protected beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and just 15 minutes from the surfer paradise just 15 minutes away. 2.8 km away by car is the village of La Graña, where there are bars and just 15 min. by car is Ferrol with supermarkets, pharmacies or any other need. San Felipe is famous for its castle, which can be visited for free.

Beach Dreams

When it comes to location, it doesn't get any better than this. Perched on a bluff, overlooking the beaches and ocean, this lovely home is the best place to come to disconnect from everything. It is literally a 1 min walk to several stunning beaches. The house is bathed in sun all day long and the property is completely walled off and has a huge, very private, garden all around. Needless to say, the views are absolutely stunning...breath-taking!

Planta baja con acceso a jardín con barbacoa ideal para unos días en familia. Espacios amplios y con parking gratuito. Bien situado para visitar Viveiro, sus playas y la comarca de A Mariña. Gran salón espacioso con cocina abierta y zona de trabajo. Wifi gratuito y zona muy tranquila para descansar. Mi marido y yo vivimos en la planta de arriba, por lo que estamos disponibles para cualquier pregunta o duda que pueda surgir durante la estancia.

Beautiful typical Galician house completely restored and located in a very quiet environment, next to a stream and just a 10-minute walk from downtown Viveiro. Surrounded by a closed farm, in a green environment and surrounded by vegetation where you will guarantee rest. It also has direct car access to the house with a closed parking lot, where you can also enjoy your pet.

Old town house Cedeira

Casa casco vecchio Cedeira. Very quiet area. Only 5 minutes from the beach. The house is three story with no elevator, very spacious. Ground floor: kitchen and living room. First floor: bathroom, large bedroom and laundry area. Second floor: Two bedrooms Third floor: One bedroom and another small living room. You can't park on the street because it's old town, but you can drive by. NO WIFI!!! NO HEAT!!!

Perfect for a couple, a group of 5 people, or a family. Since the distribution was carried out to find suitable spaces to feel in a place with perfect dimensions. Original house from 1850 and completely renovated in 2000. Newly refurbished furniture, bathrooms, decor, etc. in June 2023. It has city gas radiators so there is no cold in winter. Motorcycles can be parked inside the property's enclosure
