The house is equipped with everything you need and has a small garden behind it, ideal for children, although it is not enclosed.

This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.
