Ranta-Erkkilä - Rural peace on the shores of Simojoki

Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki River! There is plenty of space for children in the yard. From the yard, you can access the forest, where there are paths and, in winter, sled tracks. Walking dogs is easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoen river. Bedding, towels and detergents are provided. Toys and games for children! There is a barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging!

Studio Apartment (air-source heat pump)

A studio apartment on the second floor at the end of a detached house. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu, along the motorway, near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a Karup Design sofa bed (size 140x200). The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, an induction hob and an integrated dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. A coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an additional fee. Free parking.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

JokiLaakso is a traditional old-fashioned grandma, a grandma's cottage, the first part of which was built in the 1920s. It is located in the tranquility of the countryside, under the aurora borealis and in the light of summer nights, but only 500m from the 4-way. It's also a great place for a milestone on the way north. Downstairs is a bedroom, kitchen, washrooms, sauna, utility room, and living room. There are 2 beds upstairs. Kitchen equipment serves a more demanding cook/baker. Modern heating.

There is a small public beach 3 kilometres away.
