A studio apartment on the second floor at the end of a detached house. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu, along the motorway, near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a Karup Design sofa bed (size 140x200). The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, an induction hob and an integrated dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. A coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an additional fee. Free parking.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

JokiLaakso on tunnelmaltaan perinteinen vanhanajan mummola, mummon mökki. Talon ensimmäinen osa on rakennettu 1920 luvulla. Sijaitsee maaseudun rauhassa, revontulien alla ja kesäöiden valossa, mutta vain 500m päässä 4-tieltä. Alakerrassa on makuuhuone, keittiö, pesutilat, sauna, kodinhoitohuone ja olohuone levitettävällä sohvalla. Yläkerrassa on 4 vuodetta. Keittiön varustus palvelee vaativaakin kokkia/leipuria. Moderni lämmitys. Kodinomainen, soveltuu sitä arvostaville.

Historiallinen, hirsitalohuoneisto (rak. 1900, täysin remontoitu 2000-luvulla) merenrannalla metsän rauhassa. Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, wc-kylpyhuone ja eteinen. Täysin varusteltu keittiö: astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ym. Mukavuuksina suihku, wc, ilmanlämpöpumppu. Tilaa 4–5 hengelle, rantasauna varattavissa erikseen 30€/h, (sauna lämmitetään valmiiksi ja vuorot klo.18-22 välillä)
