Our 120-year-old house is located in the charming village of Mavrići. After a meticulous renovation, completed this year, our villa offers a perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comforts. Situated just 4km away from the stunning beaches of Crikvenica, Villa provides a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the bustling coastal town.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

AB61 is a one-of-a-kind design house for two; a serene, first-row seaside retreat and minimalist oasis, thoughtfully crafted by local architects and artisans. Apartment Novum

The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea. Situated on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, with a large balcony with a view of the slopes of Velebit, Senj chanell and the entire east coast of the island Krk. The interior consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms with seven beds (total 100 m2 balcony 15 m2).

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
