New apartment with an amazing view on Vrbas river and hills of Banja Luka. The apartment is 9min walk from the city centre bustling with bars, restaurants, and bakeries yet tucked in a quiet neighbourhood for your comfort and enjoyment. You can enjoy in the walk along the river or even play tennis on the courts in front. The apartment is in the new building with an elevator. There is also fiber internet installed, and the connection is really good :)

It consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom and a balcony. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house has a living room and kitchen in the lower part, and a bedroom and bathroom in the upper part. On the terrace there is a jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the forest. Use of the jacuzzi is charged extra.
