Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Beautifully furnished and remodeled sound front townhome located 1.5 blocks to the beach access. My home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home (3rd bedroom set up as an additional living area to take advantage of the view of the pool and sound). 1 Queen and 2 twins. Hands on owner has rented his beach homes for 29 years and is focused on excellent customer service so that his guests have a wonderful stay! Well stocked kitchen, wifi, full size washer/dryer, community pool and pier.
