It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

A pellet stove will warm you up. Garden furniture in a country setting is at your disposal.

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on an enclosed and wooded plot, at the foot of the Champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Surcharge of €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for a maximum of 6 people; no parties or gatherings.

Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has 2 terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to night. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (the windows are not overlooked from the adjoining owners' house). You can enjoy the 3500 m² garden (shared with us). You can move the garden furniture.
