Soak up the simple life of this peaceful and centrally-located home. The house is located both close to the city center and with the forest in the backyard. There are good bus connections to all of Aalborg and the surrounding area near the house. It is possible to park at the house. The villa is a so-called 2-family house, with two separate apartments. The apartment for rent is on the house 1. Sal, with its own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The entrance hall of the house shares the two apartments with a staircase. There are separate keys for the two apartments.

Cozy townhouse in the middle of Aalborg, close to cafes, harbor environment and pedestrian streets, with the possibility of free parking. The house is originally from 1895 totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need to have a lovely stay. The home is on 2 levels and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. The living room plan consists of a kitchen/living room that allows for extra bedding. Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

Relax with the whole family in this log cabin that exudes coziness and warmth with oak board table, impact bench, comfortable furniture, only 5 km from City south and 9 km from Aalborg Centrum. The log cabin is well hidden between the trees right next to the Poulstrup Lake area. Immediately outside the door are marked hiking routes, and close to MTB tracks as well as riding trails. Possibility of grass fold for horses within 1 km. Ørnhøj golf club is only 8 km away and 20 km to Rold Skov Golf Club.
