Apartment on lively seminar yard in nature

The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

"Fährblick" holiday home

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house.
