Sage House Noordwijk – by the beach, dunes & woods

Enjoy our lovely house directly on the dunes and the forest. From the cottage, you can walk directly into the woods and dunes and in 15 minutes reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Noordwijk. In the winter months, we stay in this lovely house with our family, which we completely renovated in the summer of 2025. In the summer months, we are happy to share this place with nice people. Our house is located on a small, green holiday park and has a garden & terrace facing south!

Welcome to Het Binnenhuys. Spend the night in a charming renovated old bulb barn from 1888. The luxury bulb shed has its own garden, full kitchen, hot tub, two bedrooms and each an en-suite bathroom. You will stay close to the beach (1.5 km) and the city center with nice restaurants. The supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. You park for free (1 car). The use of 4 bicycles is included. From Noordwijk, you can easily reach Amsterdam, Leiden, Haarlem and The Hague.

Walk out the door, within 5 minutes on the beach! In the middle of the old village center of the cozy seaside resort, close to the shopping street and boulevard with nice restaurants. But also a great kitchen to cook for yourself. Upstairs, a bright spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. You can sit in our private courtyard. Includes 2 bicycles. Free parking 300 meters walk.

Villa COCO Aphrodite Room

This stylish space is located in the beautiful Noordwijk aan Zee and is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. The stylishly decorated attic room with wooden details gives you a real vacation feeling. A cot can be booked free of charge, and you can also rent an extra children's room (children 6+) next to the Aphrodite room for a fee. You can also participate with my unique Her Divine Workout method (workout) at a discount!

Welcome to our - lovingly decorated - summer house. It has everything you need for a wonderful few days by the sea: the beach is a 5-minute walk away (really!), a private free parking space, a full kitchen, a lovely double bed and an outdoor patio. For the tropical days, there is a mobile air conditioner available in the bedroom. The cottage has a real beach vibe, and we love it when you are our guest! Be welcome!
