Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Boot an einem 16 m langem, privaten Steg anzulegen. Durch die Südlage des Grundstücks liegt der Garten den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Die neue, moderne Küche beinhaltet einen Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Gas-Herd, Backofen sowie Mikrowelle. Liebe Gäste, leider wurde ich für 2026 gezwungen, die Preise um 12% zu erhöhen, da die Regierung die USt. von 9% auf 21 % erhöht hat. Ich hoffe, Ihr kommt trotzdem ALLE wieder.

Onze moderne en comfortabel ingerichte vakantiewoning ligt aan het Slotermeer en op loopafstand van het pittoreske plaatsje Balk. Het heeft drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een ruime tuin en biedt voldoende plaats voor 6 personen. De woning ligt op een kleinschalig vakantiepark met 18 huizen. Op 50 meter bevindt zich een zandstrandje en het gezellige strandpaviljoen 'Badmeester Keimpe' met een super terras. De jachthaven en de bootverhuur liggen op 100 meter afstand.

Deze nieuwe (2023) rietgedekte villa's van Wetterhaghe hebben een prachtige vrij uitzicht over de Poelen, de Weisleat, midden in het Friese meren gebied. De duurzame villa’s hebben een eigen aanlegsteiger met eventueel een prachtige 8 persoons elektrosloep! De sloep is beschikbaar tussen 1 april en 1 november. Even naar het dorp varen voor een borrel of 's ochtends naar de bakker voor verse broodjes. Maar ook een dagtocht over de Friese meren is een stille sensatie!

The view from the holiday villa Sudersee is unique - as is the location in Waterpark It Soal. You live on a quiet, well-kept property within walking distance to the IJsselmeer beach and the marina. The cottage has a south-west orientation so you can enjoy the midday and evening sun on the terrace. From your own private jetty you can jump directly into the water and then relax and sunbathe on the loggia. Guests can relax in the large garden.

Thatched villa for recreation, nicely situated, right outside Stavoren. The garden is right at the waterside, with a large jetty for boats, from which you sail directy to the Frysian Lakes or the IJssellake. The house is spacious, which makes it very comfortable for bigger groups. The kitchen is fully equiped. The garden is all around the house and you can park right outside the house. The open water is perfect for swimming and fishing.
