Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Deze moderne vakantiewoning in Oudkarspel is in 2024 gebouwd. Er is vloerverwarming in de gehele woning. Het ligt direct aan een rustig watertje. Een ideale plek om even weg te zijn en te genieten van de natuurlijke omgeving in alle eenvoud. In de buurt van de woning zijn er diverse wandel- en fietspaden om het polderlandschap en de omgeving te verkennen. Oudkarspel zelf heeft een gemoedelijke sfeer, en de steden Alkmaar en Schagen liggen op korte rijafstand voor wie een uitstapje wil maken.

The apartment is one large space of 140m2. Upon arrival, you will come up the spiral staircase and immediately approach the lovely 100m2 private roof terrace with built-in Jacuzzi. The house is furnished in a relaxed American style; think of Chesterfield sofas and a large projector with a good sound system. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with kitchenware and standard consumables. There is no separate bedroom, the 2 double beds are behind curtains. The bathroom has a spacious shower.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

We have developed this new guesthouse by the forest, the dunes and close to the beach to welcome our guests in a nice and unique way in Schoorl. Our goal in designing the new wooden house was to combine comfort with natural materials, special art and the wonderful feeling of outdoor living. Guesthouse Schoorl is a great place to do nothing. And a base for walking, cycling, running, horseback riding or mountain biking.
