It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Central and cozy mini studio, located at the ground floor of a renovated house, very close to the city center(5 min by car, 15 min by foot and 8 min by bus) but as well to Kirchberg(5min by car, 15 min by foot and 7 min by bus) The studio fits the need of a short stay either for a business trip or a visit. Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
