Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious and renovated home. With five bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional toilet, and underfloor heating on the ground floor, this house offers all the comforts you need. The kitchen features a cooking island, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. French doors lead you to the sunny garden. Located on a quiet street, close to the city center and metro, and equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer.

Cozy spacious bedroom.

You book a bedroom in my nice, sunny and spacious home. I also live here myself with my two small senior dogs. During your stay you can use all the spaces such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The dogs can also be cuddled, but of course you don't have to. I work part time away from home, so you may have the home to yourself for an x number of hours. If I am at home, you are welcome to be cozy in the living room with us.

Het Terphuis - Willow Room

The guesthouse of Het Terphuis and is located in a monumental farmhouse in a rural setting in Poortugaal. The farm has been restored while preserving the historical elements. The Wilgenkamer can accommodate 2 people and has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The living and dining room has a fireplace, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Not suitable for the disabled due to the steep spiral staircase.

Het Terphuis - Entire home

The guesthouse is part of Het Terphuis, set in a monumental farmhouse in a rural setting in Poortugaal. The entire house has 2 bedrooms with double beds + in 1 of the 2 living rooms there is a (sofa) bed 200x160cm. There are 2 en suite bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. And there is a separate toilet in the hall. The living and dining rooms are equipped with a fridge, kettle and coffee maker.

Deze polderhut is een unieke slaap locatie met de allermooiste zonsondergang! Deze knusse trekkershut staat aan de waterrand en heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen. Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. The house is always at 20 degrees Celsius, both in summer and winter because it is two years old. It is a typical Dutch townhouse. “de hoek” neighborhood 900m from the center of Spijkenisse. From April 01 the tourist tax will be charged separately 0.99€/person/night.
