Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

From this centrally located property, you can reach the city center in about 1.5 km. The forest is almost at your doorstep and is perfect for long walks. For the little ones, there is a playground within walking distance. In Xanten, many sights await you. At the North and South Seas, you can do water sports or simply linger at the Plaza with cool drinks and good food. Xanten is very centrally located for visits to the Netherlands or the Ruhr area, and therefore offers both variety and tranquility.

Downstairs apartment in the old centre of Rhenen

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature areas on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There's wireless TV.

Sleep on the Rhine in our cozy renovated 'Blue' room and bathroom in a beautiful old dike house. Within walking distance are the Blauwe Kamer, the Grebbeberg and a number of fantastic walking/cycling routes along the Waal and Rhine. Also a number of cozy restaurants including 't Veerhuis (200m away). You have access to a large part of the garden with lounge area. Possibly in the morning a Betuws breakfast in the room or the garden for €12.50 per person.

It consists of two (bed) rooms, a kitchenette and shower/toilet room. A place to dive in and relax. You have access to WiFi. On the driveway of our house, there is the possibility to park. Located in the city center, both bus and train transportation are within walking distance.

Flat Klein Waldeck is a well-kept and modern flat for up to 2 persons. It is an independent unit and fully equipped! Therefore ideal if you are looking for a B&B, but without breakfast. The flat is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Velp, near Arnhem, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and of course National Park Veluwezoom.
