Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the monument-protected ensemble of castle and master house (Landesmusikakademie). In the historic basement of 1371 you can find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein". The house was thoroughly renovated from 2014-2016.

We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! We have carefully renovated the parlor of the gatekeeper, about 50 m2, and approached today's needs with shower and toilet. However, you have to climb 45 steps before you can settle down comfortably. Welcome to beautiful Koblenz am Rhein and to our lovingly designed apartment in the Lützel district! The apartment is 94 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without an elevator and can be used for 6 people. The old town is 5 minutes' walk away and bus and train are 2 minutes away. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who also likes to give good tips:-)

We rent a studio apartment that has 3 levels and is 75m2. This is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) in a 3-family house. We live with our 2 dogs and a cat on the ground floor, which are friendly to all people. It is a quiet, green area and you have nearby (450m) shopping (net, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser...). Bus connection to the city: 5/15. We offer the guests do not leave pets alone.
