Unsere gemütliche 3 Zimmer Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung in Koblenz Neuendorf in unmittelbarer Nähe des Rheinufers. Sie befindet sich in der 1.Etage und ist bestens ausgestattet. Zum Rheinufer sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg, wo auch öffentliche, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Zudem gibt es eine Busanbindung (2/12) in die City, den Sie von der Unterkunft aus in 4 min Fußweg erreichen. Neben der Haltestelle: Bäcker, Döner, asiatischer Imbiss, Apotheke, Sparkasse.

You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

The light-flooded, open-plan apartment is located in Sankt Sebastian. From there it is only a few kilometers to the Rhine-Mosel city of Koblenz. Koblenz and its surroundings offer numerous attractions. Such as the German corner, the geyser in Andernach as well as castles and palaces. You can also reach the Städe Koblenz, Mülheim-Kärlich and Neuwied in 5 minutes on foot by public transport. The apartment is 74 square meters and is located on the upper floor.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or even shops of daily needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of service, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.
