The vacation apartment is located on the outskirts of Sankt Sebastian. It is only a few kilometers to Koblenz with its sights, such as the German Corner, the Geysir in Andernach as well as castles and palaces on the Rhine and Moselle. The cities of Koblenz, Mülheim-Kärlich and Neuwied are accessible by bus. The stop is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is 64 m² and is on the ground floor. In the garden, it is possible to park bicycles. Pets are not allowed.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

There is a 120 cm foldaway bed and a 140 cm box spring bed. Not suitable for toddlers.
