It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200 meters from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gateway to the Limburg hills. The walks are beautiful. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are two of the most famous cycling races that pass by our backyard.

You can enjoy your stay with us in a cozy 2-room apartment overlooking Lake Venekotensee. The surrounding area invites you to numerous hiking or cycling tours. The nice restaurant getaway is only 100 m away. There is also another good restaurant at the tennis club in Venekoten, Mevis Breakpoint. The cottage has household equipment with good standard access and grounds natural. Welcome are all guests who want to enjoy nature and tranquility and respect the nature protection.
