The apartment itself is located on the second floor of a two-story apartment building and consists of a living room connected to the kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a study table, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is fully equipped and air conditioned. There is a vegetable and fruit shop and a farm food store right on the property. The neighboring property has a pharmacy, groceries, wine shop, coffee shop, restaurant and hairdresser.

Close walking distance to all of Bratislava's attractions, bars, cafes and restaurants. I live in the same building, so I am always on hand for any assistance (e.g. luggage storage, late check-in, delays, etc.), questions, comments, help, or company! However I honor and respect your privacy.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guesthouse is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is available nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental on the beach for a fee). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
