Emil's Winkel am Wald invites you to enjoy the tranquility with us at Wald am Bückeberg. Make yourself comfortable in a 1-room apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, which we have furnished with love and care. In addition, we have purchased furniture made of recycled wood and the upholstery is made of recycled plastic :-) You are welcome in our garden and can pick some fresh herbs for dinner. Or look at the surroundings, such as the castles of the region.

Whether you are travelling alone, with your dog, loved ones, family, children or friends - here you will find everything your heart desires: For a relaxing break or active holidays full of adventure and discoveries. The idyllic fenced garden is at our guests' disposal, cycle paths and hiking trails start directly at the house.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. Here there are many opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door.

The small apartment in our historic half-timbered house is renovated with natural building materials. It has an entrance area with kitchenette and dining table. From this, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the combined living-sleeping room. There is a double bed and the sofa bed, so that possibly even four people can stay overnight. The apartment is not accessible due to several steps and a high door threshold.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. My guest rooms on our former farm are ideal for a short stay to visit the surrounding excursion destinations or for a stopover on the way, also for one night. For an extra charge, we offer a delicious breakfast. The Leine-Heideradweg leads directly past our house, perfect for cyclists, as does the Jakobsweg. Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are within walking distance. Restaurants are nearby.
