Make yourself comfortable in a 1-room apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, which we have furnished with love and care. The small apartment in our historic half-timbered house is renovated with natural building materials. It has an entrance area with kitchenette and dining table. From this, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the combined living-sleeping room. There is a double bed and the sofa bed, so that possibly even four people can stay overnight. The apartment is not accessible due to several steps and a high door threshold.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. We offer you a beautiful and cozy approx. 74 m2 apartment in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the Suttorf district. The state capital Hanover can be reached in 25 kilometers via the B6. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away. On the property there is a free parking space for our guests.

A tiny house is available for rent in the Steinhuder Meer recreational area (Mardorf) The cottage is located on a quiet side street. The promenade is within walking distance. 10-15 minutes. There is a forest right outside the door. Behind the house is the bike path around Steinhuder Meer, so you can start right outside the front door. Daily necessities are easily reached on foot or by bike.
