The apartments are equipped with everything to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is completely fenced and has a covered barbecue area with charcoal grill.

The apartment is located in a family house. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 min. to downtown Erlangen. Shopping within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, a separate kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices, etc.) are provided. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available.
