Old Town apartment: Amazing!!!A3

The apartments are located in the heart of the old town, 15 steps from the main street Stradun. The house in which the apartment is located is older than 300 years, while the interior has been recently renovated, modernly equipped and air conditioned. This apartment has a double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining for 4 people, television with shower. area of approx. 40m2. Located on a 3rd floor! If your looking to stay in the centre of Dubrovnik's Old Town you really can't get more central than this, it's a perfect place to stay for someone wanting to explore the city and everything it has to offer. Old Town has plenty of bars, restaurants and small local shops! There is also a local beach called Ploce. We own the whole building and have all three apartments listed on Airbnb, but if you want to rent the entire building just let me know. : )

We are located next to the cable car and north entrance to the Old town. All you need is walking distance from the house. No need for any kind of public transport once you arrive! Located in an old house from the time of the Dubrovnik republic and newly refurnished to make it a perfect blend of tradition and modern comfort for all of you who want something unique. It comes with the outdoor shared terrace which is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

New cozy studio apartment it is located in center of town, it is about 20 min by foot from Old town and around 10 min from port. Bus station for old town is 100 metars and bus goes every 15 min. If you are coming by car it is possible to find parking near apartment for free. Exclusively people without pets. The shop is just 10m away on the same street.
