In the immediate vicinity are two inns, a bakery and a supermarket. At the equestrian farm, you can vacation in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for celebrations as a group, such as birthdays, company events and bachelor parties or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome to specify the exact number of people when booking or request, additional fees apply from the 17th person.

Simbach am Inn, but also Braunau am Inn in Austria can be reached in a few minutes. Salzburg is about 50 km away. There are some lakes around the house (Bergham, Wöhrsee, Marktl). In winter you can visit some Christmas markets. It is also not far to the mountains for hiking.
