In 12 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Parkplatz. Münster erhebt 4,5% Beherbergungssteuer für private Übernachtungen.Ab Januar 2024 gilt die Beherbergungssteuer auch für berufliche Aufenthalte. Die Beherbergungssteuer wird nicht über Airbnb beglichen sondern vor Ort.

In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

Our small bakery is located in the back of our farm ACHT EICHEN and is accessible via the farm. A small garden area can also be used. A garden table, garden chairs and a gas grill are provided.
