BnB has two twin rooms, a small living room, two showers and two toilets on the 2nd floor. The entire floor is private, so you won’t share it with anyone. There is no kitchen but a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a water pot are ready to use. Free continental breakfast will be served every morning. Lucerne can be reached in 15 minutes. 20 minutes to the Pilatus cable car and 45 minutes to the Titlis cable car. Interlaken (87 km) is a day trip. Thanks to lakeside views of Lake Sempach and a spectacular mountain panorama, you will have a particularly pleasant stay with us. Village shops, medical center and ATMs can be reached in 100 meters. It's a 3-minute walk to the Eich Bad.

Stylish farmhouse with mountain panorama

Peace, privacy and breathtaking mountain scenery await you in this comfortable place. Construction, age and history make up its special charisma. The whole house is well maintained, but old. The age is the charm, but also brings with it a scratch, there a dust, some scrolling color and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

Peaceful oasis with fantastic lake views

We're excited to open our beautiful home to guests when we can't use it ourselves. It is a smaller townhouse (77 m²). It has 2 bedrooms (double beds: 180 x 200 cm), which share the bathroom on the upper floor. On the first floor is the kitchen, combined living/dining room and terrace with breathtaking lake and mountain views. It is a retreat and relaxation place overlooking nature. Unwind in the lounge and enjoy the relaxation time!

The 2-room apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, dining and living room with separate bedroom, separate bathroom and private parking is located on the garden level connected by a few steps of an attractive, well-kept house with beautiful views of the Pilatus. Within 10-15 minutes you can reach the golf courses Meggen and Küssnacht as well as boat stations, the valley stations of our local mountain Pilatus and the Rigi.

Antique vacation home

A house to yourselves. Who doesn't want that? The house is located on a small hill above the valley. The house is still almost in the condition as it was built in 1793. Ideal for nostalgics. The house is about 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot. Transport for luggage and food/beverages is organized during check-in time. On the first visit, we go to the house together, as the wood stove and oven need explanation.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
