There is also a party room with a bar, pool table and small lounge for social evenings. A sauna is available in the outdoor area. The energy cost flat rate for use per day is €20.

It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar.
