It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.
