The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living and dining area with lake views. We offer towels and bed linen. A free parking space in front of the building is available on site. The large balcony and terrace guarantee you unforgettable evenings in a cozy atmosphere with a view of the lake and the mountains. Not suitable for children under 6 years and motorhomes. Pets, smoking in the holiday apartment and parties (noise) after midnight are prohibited. The strategic location between Como and Bellagio makes it easy to go on excursions on the lake. In 20 minutes, continuing by car on the main road, you reach an altitude of 1,000 meters.

A corner of paradise, and to reach it you have to descend 90 steps from the main road and the C130 bus stop.
