Lombardy - Charm and tranquility

This comfortable studio is located in the historic center of the old town of Sion, in a charming neighborhood with small pedestrian streets dating from the Middle Ages. Central but very quiet location, only accessible on foot or by bike. However, the parking « Scex », shops, restaurants, bars, museums, art galleries, the Valère theater, the traditional Friday market in the old town, the castles of Valère and Tourbillon are just a few minutes walk away. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Luxurious, modern open plan chalet with sauna and home cinema set in a quiet location offering amazing views. In winter the nearest ski piste is less than 250m from the property so depending on conditions and ski ability it is possible to ski from the door. Ski-in is possible for intermediate/advanced skiers and depending on conditions. Otherwise there is a short walk of 250m from the Pracondu piste to the chalet. In summer many walking trails can be accessed without use of a car.
